Ina Garten is a well-known American cook book writer and Emmy award winning host of Food Networks current oldest show Barefoot Contessa that debuted in 2002, and has been aired for 27 seasons until 2020. Ina began writing policy and nuclear energy documents for the White House. She initially found her career as stimulating intellectually, however she soon lost interest, and purchased a tiny food specialty store named Barefoot Contessa. Prior to selling the company, she spent 18 years building it into an extremely successful business. Others followed, and so did magazine columns. Her Food Network television program also began and rapidly gained popularity. Additionally, she offers everything from equipment to cooking items and even containers. Ina did not go to a cooking institute and hasn't worked in restaurants. She is self-taught. She's known for her easygoing approach to creating and entertaining. Her most well-known dishes include Skillet Lemon Chicken roasted by Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & cheese Beef Bourguignon. Balsamic-roasted Brussels Sprouts, Lemon Bars as well as Mac and cheese.
