Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise was an American actor, singer and writer who is best recognized for her role as Ginger Grant from the TV series Gilligan's Island. Bettle's musical Two's Company was her first acting role on stage in the 50s. She then acted in numerous Broadway shows before becoming an international star together with Li'l Abner, in the year 1957. That same year, she made her debut album, It's Time to Tina. Louise began with her Hollywood career in the year 1958 when she played Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre, a film that was dramatic. It was a huge success and Louise received the Golden Globe Award for the New Star of the Years category. In this time she was a student at the Actors Studio of New York. Lee Strasberg was her instructor. Louise joined CBS in 1964 as Ginger Grant. Louise continued to juggle her work effectively between Broadway television and Hollywood playing somber characters against her perceived image of a glamour doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. The SG-1 series as well as Helen Magnus, but in the past few years has earned a reputation as a producer on a variety of well-known TV shows such as Supernatural. Born on 28 August 1965, in Essex. When she was 3years old, her family moved her to Toronto in Canada where she spent in the city for her entire childhood. Samantha Carter settled in Vancouver in Canada following her choice for the role of lead.
