Annie Mist Thorisdottir is a CrossFit professional athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She owns and runs Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, in which she trains athletes. Annie is the first female who has won CrossFit Games in two consecutive year. She placed second in the both the 2010 and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir (Islander) is an athlete in weightlifting CrossFit and media celebrity. Her fame stems from her being the first woman who won at the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 as well as 2012. Winner in the Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and 2017, Annie is well-known. Annie was raised in Reykjavik, Iceland along with her parents and siblings. In her early years she was an avid lover of exercise and sports. She took part in a variety of school activities and won a number of medals. She participated for the first time in 2009 at the CrossFit Games held in California, where she did very well. Annie Thorisdottir has 31 years of age (as in 2021). Her height is 5'7" and she weighs around the 67-kg mark. Annie started the CrossFit journey in 2009, in California. She had a good performance during her first competitions. She placed within the top 10 of 70 athletes. Although she didn't achieve any title She finished in eleventh place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. She finished 2nd in CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's supervision. In the following year she participated again in CrossFit games and because of her outstanding performance she was able to win the contest as the very first female to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games. Annie's impressive performance in 2012 led to her a third CrossFit Games victory. This was the second time she won consecutively. In 2014, she also received a gold medal. And in 2021, she won a bronze. Annie is currently a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was created by Annie. In the last few years, as an athlete, Annie is a model of a variety of sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Periodization Nuun Hydration Sidekicks Yerbae among many other. In addition, she has her own Youtube channel, which is titled "Annie" which has over 1000 followers. The channel is where she uploads videos about the diet of her training, life with family and traveling.
